PICKLE IT NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("Pickle", “Pickle Network”, "Company", “We”, “Us” or “Our”) is the operator and licensee of https://gopickle.ai (“Pickle Products”), through which it inter alia facilitates the aggregation of videography/photography services (“Services”) to the users of the Pickle Network (“User”, “Users”, “Photographers”, “You” or “Your”).

By accessing or using any part of the Pickle website, mobile app, or services provided by Pickle ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms applicable to specific services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To use Pickle, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are under the age of 18, parental supervision is required.

To access and use certain features of Pickle, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Pickle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for personal and professional photography-related activities. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the services, including for illegal activities or violation of these terms, may result in account suspension or termination.

Pickle offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans may include additional features, such as increased storage, advanced tools, and priority support. Fees for premium plans are outlined on our website or mobile app. By subscribing, you agree to make payments through the payment gateway (Cashfree) as specified.

Pickle accepts payments via UPI, net banking, and credit card. Payments are processed through Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with your use of our services.

Pickle offers a 7-day, no questions asked refund guarantee for premium subscriptions. After 7 days, no full refund will be provided. Premium services can be canceled at any time, but they will remain active until the end of the initial subscription period. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the same payment method used for purchase.

As a user of Pickle, you retain full ownership of the content you upload, including images, albums, and other media. By using Pickle, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to misuse the Pickle platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to:

- Uploading harmful or illegal content

- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Pickle does not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

Pickle may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, such as Cashfree for payments. We are not responsible for any issues that arise on third-party platforms, including those related to payment processing. Any issues arising on payment pages hosted by Cashfree are the responsibility of Cashfree.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms of Use or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data stored on our platform.

Pickle reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website or app, and continued use of the services after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

Pickle is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickle shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services, including data loss or interruptions in service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pickle, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore/Karnataka.
